Tree roots form extensive systems with which they penetrate the soil and target areas that meet their needs in terms of space, oxygen, moisture, nutrient availability and pH. The ventilated ARBEX planting pit system, with its slotted ventilation supports and special concrete foundations, ensures optimal living conditions for the tree. Damaging surface pressures are kept away from the roots and the planting pit is ventilated down to its deepest layers.
The ARBEX system is used when a complete planting pit for one new planting is to be equipped. A foundation and ventilation system are part of the ingenious planting pit system for surface grids and can be supplied in various installation sizes.
The ARBEX system is installed underground and offers a large root space, which, thanks to the integrated ventilation system, also ensures ideal gas exchange below the root ball.
